Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within the US (via USPS or UPS). Cost: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $75; free for $75+.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days. Cost: $12.99.

International Shipping: Available to select countries (Canada, EU, UK, Australia). 7-14 business days; duties/taxes paid by customer. Cost: Starts at $15.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

Tracking and Delivery

Track your order via the link in your confirmation email. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once handed to the carrier—file claims directly with them.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned (e.g., incorrect address), we'll notify you. Reshipping costs $5.99; refunds issued minus original shipping.
